As a partner of GK Choksi & Company, he not only acquired a multi-faceted experience by handling various assignments related to Direct / Indirect Tax, Company Law and Audit but he also developed and implemented an effective MIS-work flow system and Document management system to simplify processes. Manan has founded Choksi Tax Services - An accounting and personal taxation company and made it a cash positive venture within 6 months of operations boasting of 25 clients. He also bought Datalyst India Pvt. Ltd - A Medical Transcription unit for US based doctors when it was a loss making enterprise and turned it around within 3 months by significantly contributing towards employee productivity, customer retention and overall profitability. Manan is a consultant in a private hospital, a pre-school and a public library. He has several real estate holdings across Gujarat and India.Manan has utmost respect for classroom learning. Ltd as a Business development manager, where he acquired immense knowledge and understanding of the Real Estate industry and the way it operates.Consequently he went on to lay the foundation of his own company, Madhuvan Space Management Pvt. Ltd, which is actively involved in buying of land, clearing land titles and attaining all the necessary permissions or regularizations for the development of projects. He is also involved in marketing, administrative and business functions of the companies and has always proved instrumental in client interactions or preliminary business dealings. Not only does he hold a prestigious L. L. B degree but has also cleared the AMFI certification test (Advisors Module) and a Capital Market (Dealers) Module from National Stock Exchange. Mr. Parag Gathani Regional Owner - RE/MAX Gujarat Parag, Founder and Executive Director, of Shaishya Kids Campus is the visionary who came up with the concept of an exclusive campus for a pre-school in Ahmedabad.
